👋 Hi, I'm Andrew — your family's tech guy
You probably have
90+ accounts online.
Do you know where they are?
Most people don't. And when something goes wrong — a scam, a lost password, an unexpected death — that gap becomes a really painful problem. I can help you close it.
30 minutes. I'll ask a few questions. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand.
"I've been the family tech guy my whole life. Turns out, a lot of families need one. So I made it official."

THE HONEST TRUTH
Most families aren't ready.
And it's not their fault.
Nobody teaches you this stuff. And by the time you realize you needed a plan, it's usually too late to make one calmly.
- ✗Your kids can't get into your accounts if something happens to you
- ✗You're not sure if your passwords are actually safe — or if you've already been breached
- ✗A pop-up told you there was a virus on your computer and it looked very official
- ✗You have subscriptions you forgot about, accounts you haven't logged into in years, and no list of any of it
- ✗You know you should "do something" about this — but you're not sure where to start
Here's the thing: none of this is hard. It just needs someone to sit down with you and actually do it.
That's what I do. I'm not here to sell you software or scare you into buying something. I'm here to go through everything with you (your accounts, your devices, your passwords, your plan) and make sure you and your family are protected.
I've had this conversation with my own mother, with my siblings, with my children, and with neighbors. I'm just making it available to more people.
ABOUT ANDREW
& Cybersecurity
I spent 40 years as the tech guy at work.
Now I'm the tech guy for families.
I have been the CTO of Altus Technologies and a Consulting IT Architect for years. I've secured enterprise systems, managed massive IT infrastructure projects, and spent four decades keeping data safe for organizations that couldn't afford to get it wrong.
But honestly? My favorite part was always being the person people came to when they were confused. The one who could explain why the printer wasn't working, why the email looked suspicious, why they shouldn't click that link.
I'm a dad. I'm a grandfather. I have a family I care about deeply, and I've watched too many people I know get hurt by scams or leave their families scrambling because there was no digital plan.
I genuinely love these conversations. My family and colleagues always joke that my tombstone will read: “He was useful.” PassITsafe is me working toward that — one family at a time.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps.
Zero confusion.
I promise this is not complicated. That's kind of the whole point.
We talk for 30 minutes — free
Tell me what's on your mind. I'll ask a few questions about your accounts, your devices, your family situation. You don't need to prepare anything. (I've done this enough times that I already know what to ask.)
I do the actual work
Depending on what you need, I'll audit your accounts, help you lock down your passwords, secure your devices, and build your digital legacy document. We go at your pace. (There are no dumb questions. I mean it.)
You and your family sleep better
You'll know what you have, where it is, how it's protected, and what your family needs to know. That's it. That's the whole goal. (And you'll probably want to show me a photo of your grandkids, which I am absolutely here for.)
SERVICES
Start wherever makes sense for you.
Not everyone needs the whole thing on day one. Here's how to get started.
Not ready to book yet? Start here. The same checklist Andrew hands out at every talk — all 7 parts, covering passwords, devices, two-factor authentication, and digital legacy planning. Yours free. No strings attached. Well, one string: your email. But Andrew is not a spammer. He finds them morally repugnant.
- Part 1: Scam Awareness
- Part 2: Password Security
- Part 3: Two-Factor Authentication
- Part 4: Device Security
- Part 5: Financial Accounts
- Part 6: Digital Legacy Planning
- Part 7: What to Do Right Now
We spend 1–2 hours together going through your accounts, devices, and passwords, and how you use them. Then Andrew writes up a full report — a stoplight summary of where you stand on major areas such as password security, device security, and Wi-Fi security, plus a prioritized checklist of everything that needs attention. You leave with a clear plan. The doing is up to you.
- 1–2 hours together collecting your information
- Written security report with stoplight ratings
- Prioritized checklist of action items
- 1-hour follow-up call to walk through the report
The Audit, plus Andrew does the work. He'll import your passwords from Google, Safari, Apple, and wherever else they've ended up, get everything organized in 1Password, and only pull you in when a decision actually needs you. You'll work through the checklist together, build out your digital legacy document, and finish with a family review session so everyone knows where everything is and what to do. Consider it a gift they'll be very glad you gave them.
- Everything in The Audit
- Password import from existing: Google, Safari, Apple Passwords & more
- Full Password Vault setup and organization
- Guided decision-making — only when you actually need to decide
- Step-by-step checklist implementation
- Digital legacy document with instructions for family
- Family review session
- Done with you (and for you, where possible) — no judgment on the current state of things

Andrew is your digital security advisor, not an on-call help desk — but he's not going to leave you hanging either. Have a question between calls or worried a scammer is targeting you? Send him an email and he'll get back to you. (Printer on the fritz? That's what grandkids are for.)
SCAM AWARENESS
The 7 scams I see hurting
DFW families right now.
These aren't theoretical. These are happening to real people, and knowing what to look for is genuinely half the battle.
Grandparent Scam
Fake emergency call — "Grandma, I'm in trouble and I need money right now"
Tech Support Fraud
Popup or caller claiming your computer has a virus. (Microsoft does not call you.)
IRS / SSA Impersonation
Threats of arrest unless you pay immediately — via gift card, naturally
Medicare Fraud
Callers asking for your Medicare number to "update your records"
Romance Scams
Online relationships that seem wonderful — until the money requests start
Phishing Emails
Fake bank, Amazon, or Netflix emails with links designed to steal your login
AI Voice Cloning
AI that sounds exactly like your grandchild — and it's asking for $5,000
Ask Me Anything
Not sure if something is a scam? Call me. Seriously, that's what I'm here for.
The STOP rule — memorize this and share it with everyone you love.
Stop what you're doing. Tell them you'll call back. Only call back using a number YOU look up yourself. Protect yourself — no real agency or company will ever pressure you to act in the next five minutes.
FROM FAMILIES I’VE WORKED WITH
A few kind words.
"I’ve known Andrew for many years and have always had tremendous respect for both his knowledge of IT and cybersecurity and, just as importantly, his character and integrity. He has a real gift for making complicated technology easy to understand, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends or family looking for someone they can trust to help protect and organize their digital lives."
"Andrew is so helpful in many ways. His knowledge of computers is phenomenal! He is very kind and patient and explains the process well. He is teaching me how to do some things on my own and is always willing to help if I need it."
"I kept putting this off because I didn't know where to start. I used the same three passwords and it felt like only a matter of time before I got hacked. Andrew made it so easy. He didn't judge the mess, didn't rush me, and at the end I had a document my family can actually use and I feel secure. That's worth everything."
GOOD QUESTIONS
Things people usually ask
before they call.
What actually happens on the free call?
We just talk. I'll ask about your accounts, your devices, whether you've had any close calls with scams, and what your family situation looks like. You don't need to prepare anything or know anything in advance. By the end I'll have a pretty clear picture of where you stand and what, if anything, would help. Some people call just to ask one question. That's fine too.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Is this going to go over my head?
I spent 40 years explaining technology to non-technical people. If this ever goes over your head, that's entirely my fault and you should absolutely tell me to back up and try again. I don't do jargon. You can do this.
Do you work in person or by phone?
Both. I'm based in DFW and work with local clients in person when that's helpful. I also work with families remotely — most of what we do can be done comfortably over a video call from your kitchen table.
What if I just want the Audit to start with?
Perfect. A lot of people start with the Audit at $297, and that's completely fine. There's no pressure to do anything more than you're ready for. (Though fair warning: most people who do the Audit end up wanting the Legacy Package too, because once you see the full picture, you want the full plan.)
Is my information safe with you?
I spent my career protecting sensitive information at the enterprise level — hospitals, financial firms, large organizations that couldn't afford breaches. I follow strict protocols, and I will never store your passwords or credentials—the goal is to teach you to store them securely. Keeping information safe is literally what I've done my whole life.
My kids keep telling me I need to do this. Should I listen to them?
Yes. (Sorry. They're right. I'm a dad too — I know how this goes.)
LET’S TALK
The call is free.
The peace of mind is worth a lot more.
A 30-minute conversation with someone who genuinely wants to help you get this sorted.
